XPScan was designed to allow the easy scanning for security gaps on computers and networks. XPScan (CMD) is the command line version of XPScan Pro.
In contrast to the Pro version with Windows interface, built-in database and HTML browser, XPScan (CMD) uses the command line as a user interface.
The focus in the development of XPScan (CMD) was to offer the highest possible scan speed while maintaining a small file size.
XPScan (CMD) uses the same scanner as the Pro version. Due to the special characteristics of the command console (less overhead) the speed could be much improved. |
XPScan was developed before the introduction of german law section 202c "hackers paragraph". Due to the change in legislation, the development of the software was cancelled, a download is no longer available. |
